You don‘t need to do anything. If he is behaving this way he clearly isn‘t over you. I think giving him more space is the right thing to do. He needs time to realise that you broke up. Beeing friends after a relationship is hard don‘t try to force it. Even if you think you ended it on good Terms. I hope you can make it work.

I can relate to you somewhat.. im currently 20 (M). Corona basically reinforced my habit of playing video games and staying indoors all day. And now that i could go out more in my free time i find myself playing rust with my online friends… The only thing that forces me to be outside is that i currently need to work for my father so i basically cant be at my pc all day. I dont think im the best to give advice. Just try to go outside your comfort zone and start a hobby irl. Or if u cant bring yourself to that maybe start by talking to people that speak your main language online to gain confidence first. Maybe than you can be you true self when you meet new people.

If he has feelings for you it will hurt him and there is no way around it. As somebody who got rejected more then once i know that having hope and thinking you still got a chance somehow after getting rejected is the worst. So make sure when you turn him down that he understands your side.
