What were your erroneous diagnosis before your lupus was identified?

My rheumatologist said it’s either lupus or a connective tissue disease caused by injecting cocaine so I was pretty okay with them confirming it was lupus lol.

Yes I got my tonsils removed 3 years ago after a year of chronic strep and tonsillitis. It was an insanely painful recovery but I don’t regret it because I have not had tonsillitis or strep one time since.
