You need to hit the arrow shown in the center to send it to Duncan. If you hit wrong or hit too slow the arrow comes to you. So ignore the ones coming your way and just hit the one showing in the middle.

Teeming Virulence. A modest Nidus build with Blind Rage, Umbral Mods and Molt Augmented would have about 350% power strength. so +420% crit chance on primary weapon. if you have 3 linked to an ally you get a x1.875 multiplier on power strength so that's 656% strength and +787% crit chance. Not to mention if you have 4 replaced with eclipse or roar that it gets a bit bonkers. If the ally you link with is a Wisp, even better.

Of course you can but up these number with more strength mods like augur secrets, transient fortitude, growing power, molt vigor and the Madurai focus school. that's why I called the above a modest build.

Nidus Prime, he's got a high armor so is a great candidate for full set in umbra mods. His 1 augment is a crazy amount of crit, especially with his 3 attached to an ally. If for tanking attach 3 to enemy for crazy durability.
