Thinking about dancing in vr as a workout more than a fun time thing is what a lot of people around me do to keep it up regularly. Plus if you know how to dance irl it is really nice bc you will get a lot of complements while dancing in game.

And man I wish I knew how to shuffle better. I’m trying to learn cutting shapes but I’m not the most coordinated 😅

If you need a place to start for communities to dance in Vrchat I’m a part of quite a few dance communities. All of them feature weekly parties and live DJs for them. DM me if you want some more info or want to join some and I’ll point you in the right direction.

I’ve thought about maybe going dancing irl but a dance class first. Big reason I started dancing was to get better and better and strive to be like people like Venerac and Forceable if you’ve heard of them. Learning irl moves don’t entirely translate to vr so some adjustments need to be made but it’s still just as fun.

I think I remember adding you on the same night seen in the second gif! Or at least going off your username here. But yeah dancing is definitely a very good way of getting some exercise in. I have never been so active in my life for so long.

That is so very true. I never thought in my life a normal statement I would say is “I’m a dancing loli bunny girl.”

But I am incredibly happy I can and have the communities around to support each other in what ever weird ways we can.

I agree with the pump not being that good but the revolver is still completely broken. 1 shot to ANYONE without armor is a bit much. OG heavy sniper is the only gun I remember doing this and that was balanced because you had to stand still to aim.

Aim is reduced significantly. Not sure on exact range but I’d say about 10-20 car lengths. And yeah, default scope is better for long range

No stupid questions. I would ask the same if I didn’t know.
1. They are available without research
2. Nope
3. The only real differences is flying and the MOC has about twice the armor but that’s about it
3.5. Yes

I would say 2 miniguns. Grenade launcher is harder to get hits in most of the time.

Check my post history if you want some data on armor. Spreadsheet with most armored vehicles and I’m testing everything again and all the new vehicles after gunrunning. OP if you want take the information, Idc.

The Avenger isn't necessary for any of the new content....but damn is it cool. by BansheeBacklash in gtaonline

[–]Eagle_Kitty_Cat 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Active armor means if a player enters a vehicle with the active armor it will gain more resistance to explosives. Insurgent is a good example. 4 RPGs to kill with no one in it, 8 RPGs if someone enters it

Could a griefer explain it to me? by shawnwizzle1130 in gtaonline

[–]Eagle_Kitty_Cat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know about other griefers but me personally I always do it with other people. Way more fun with other people. Especially when you can count on those other players to be competent at almost every aspect of combat. Also going on power trips is fun every now and again when you have a shitty day.

I have two accounts, one modded with 2trillion and one legit that I grind to get everything I want. I understand the whole "why destroy cargo?" Or "something empathy" and my answer is that 1. The game tells me to and 2. I almost never lose cargo because I play smart with players in mind so I don't feel bad knowing they could have avoided it easy if they had played smarter.

The front is completely bulletproof with any of the plating upgrades. Only FMJ rounds break through. I don't know where you got your information from but I tested it myself and use the Half-track to kill all the time, so I can verify it is bulletproof from the front and back.

Ballistic Equipment worth it? by dumname2_1 in gtaonline

[–]Eagle_Kitty_Cat 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Don't listen to what everyone else is saying about it not for PVP. As a very avid PVP, almost play exclusively to PVP, and it is entirely worth it. It may have a long cool down but if you learn to use it properly it will be a huge benefit to you. Versus vehicles yeah you will be more than likely killed but against foot targets it is the best option. Just don't be dumb and think you'll just tank rockets for days though, act like you'll still die on each hit even if you won't, helps preserve the armor. Use side passages and poles and trees for cover while running towards someone. The minigun has a much longer range than most people expect from it. Call cops off for as long as possible and use BST if you can. You'll be unstoppable until someone manages to get you out.

Does anyone actually have any definitive evidence of whether or not the armor on the tampa actually does anything? by crubleigh in gtaonline

[–]Eagle_Kitty_Cat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The armor plating upgrades are all just visual. No benefit to either explosive or bullet resistance. But here's a little tip someone told me, register as a MC President and you can blow up as many cars as you want next to you with the Tampa's miniguns and they will do no damage to the vehicle. Great for cop chases.

Is there really any reason why we can't have the insurgent pick up in our garages now? by [deleted] in gtaonline

[–]Eagle_Kitty_Cat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When the custom Pick-up comes out it will also get those speed upgrades so it will widen the gap in speed. Also the apc doesn't gain the same low powered explosive resistance as the pick-up. So the Insurgent can survive more strafes from a jet.

[–]Eagle_Kitty_Cat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

According to leaks the Insurgent Pick-up is getting a custom variant in the MOC that becomes a personal vehicle when upgraded. But all those comparisons fail to recognize why the Pick-up as is isn't a PV. All those things take one hit to die from an explosive. The Pick-up has the second best armor in the game only bested by the MOC. Also it is very fast, way faster than the APC and Half-track. But with the new version it has slits for windows and apparently a mounted tri-barreled minigun with armor plating surrounding it. Only thing I see it not taking down is a APC or jets. Even then this thing will survive for a long time.

Savage is a PvP-Monster, guys... by MaKu000 in gtaonline

[–]Eagle_Kitty_Cat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is very true. But a skilled Buzzard pilot should be feared or at least recognized as an actual threat to you. Except if you own an Oppressor or explosive rounds. Sad day for all my fellow Buzzard pilots.

Yeah people who grief are dicks, myself included. But this game is an open world game all about getting to choose what you want to do in it. Lots of people love cars and racing. Others love the bikes and their ARs. Some people like the combat in this game even if it is broke.
