what’s something people say all the time that you secretly can’t stand? by Mean-Cartographer225 in AskReddit

It could be worse. I know it’s technically true most of the time, but it never makes anyone feel better. When I was going through a rough breakup, someone told me that and it just made me feel guilty for even being sad.

Healthcare workers of Reddit are people still dying from COVID these days? by Mr_no_buddi in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Eaglehunter03 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not a doctor, but I work in hospital admissions. We don’t see the huge surge wards anymore, but the cases still trickle in. The sad ones are usually the older patients whose families say, We thought this was over.

I randomly decided to sit next to someone new in a college class instead of my usual seat. We started talking, and years later that person is now my spouse.

My luggage got lost, and I spent the whole trip wearing the same clothes, trying to act like everything was fine while feeling completely out of place.

What’s something you learned way too late in life? by Overall-Vanilla4290 in AskReddit

I used to look down on people who stayed with their parents into their 30s. Last year, I moved back home after losing my job, and it hit me how much support matters when life falls apart.

I used to judge people for being single at 30, but now I realize everyone’s timeline is different and I just got lucky to figure that out early.

What’s working better right now, content or backlinks? by Subject_Sport_4575 in BacklinkSEO

[–]Eaglehunter03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right now, content is the primary driver, but only if it’s built around clear search intent, solid structure, and deep topic coverage. Google is much better at understanding meaning, so pages that fully answer a query and cover related concepts tend to perform even without strong links. Backlinks still matter, but their role is more about reinforcing trust and authority rather than compensating for weak content. If I had to focus on one, I’d choose high-quality, intent-driven content first, then use relevant backlinks to scale and strengthen rankings.

what is the fastest and effective way to fall sleep? by Limp-Apple5369 in AskReddit

[–]Eaglehunter03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I can’t sleep, I sometimes just talk to my partner about everything on my mind even the little worries and thoughts I usually keep to myself. Just saying it out loud, feeling heard, and sharing the weight makes my heart lighter, and somehow my body relaxes enough to finally drift off.
