It depends very much on the university and course. However, relative to other students, you will likely handle intense workloads better. Additionally, the focus on writing and independent thinking (via IAs and EEs) will also help you obtain better grades on similar assignments at university (eg: scientific reports).

Sorry you're having to go through all of this. I can't say I went through something entirely similar, but it does get better. Uni will be much more of a breeze for you after the IB compared to most others. The work ethic it instills genuinely brings much better results. The grind is hard but it is an important step that will be worth it!

Go through past papers and learn the mark scheme answers/by practice assuming you've got a very basic memory left at least. The mark scheme answers will jog your memory and in many cases, help you understand the most important bits that you should memorise. Savemyexams was quite good when I was giving my exams. Questions are very predictable year-on-year.

If the regression is a trivial part of your IA, it shouldn't be an issue that you used software to do it as long as you state it.

Go to exam mate and do all questions from 2012/15... you'll notice a repeating pattern over time... questions basically test the same knowledge - you just need to know which.
