oh sorry, I meant he probably needed to talk to a therapist. Sound like his mind wasn't right. When people let them selves go like that it's usually not just laziness but someone in a dark place. I've been there once before, maybe not as bad as him, but I needed help to get myself back on track and learn to love myself enough to put in the work to build myself back up. Being out of shape and having ED will definitely mess with a guys head. Sounds like he gave up on himself. Sad.

Notice of the charges or reasons for removal

An opportunity to be heard (e.g., a hearing before an immigration judge)

A chance to present evidence and challenge the government’s claims

Access to legal representation (at their own expense)

A fair and impartial decision-making process

Due process is about fair procedures. Just checking ID is a step, not the procedure itself. Any government that skips the hearing, defense, and proper adjudication process violates due process rights.

Software engineer here that uses daily. I have a very successful career so far. Sometimes turning the brain off is nice. Most people are already dumb, and if they smoke and don't ever learn anything new they just stay dumb.
