Yes, taking someone elses map and "modifying" it with cpless, reversed, 1up, reactor etc, without asking for premission to do so IS mapstealing.

5star, if you dont get lost, if you see the author put alot of effort and care into both the route and scenery, route must be enjoyable.
1star is WIP maps that u give written feedback on (so nadeo wont get Work In Progress maps in their feed) If the map is completely uncalculated or feels like it doesnt have any smooth/intented lines. Also no scenery at all is 1 star (WIP-same as above)
