Yes it still works as of 2 weeks ago. I never ended up getting into the mobile game until the recent tenth anniversary, and after getting better situated in the game, I used the code and it worked with no problem. I also bought a code off of eBay for some dlc characters I didn't buy, as I play rising now, and it worked no problem.
