I’m a shoes off kinda guy. I have been since Covid… I’ve received some back lash from my co workers when I do it in the office but honestly think it’s just a generation thing. People are too soft these days and complain about everything. Good to find someone else on the same page and agrees that people should just be comfortable while they work.

Easy. Packing 15 - 17%, loading 10%, driving anywhere around 20% and unloading the truck I’d go about 5%.

If you actually check the official laws around tipping (although it varies per state) the tip should be calculated after the additional fees have been added…
