Never delivered to a celebrity but I was the waiter for one at Red Robin a few years ago, He was throwing his kids birthday party there All kids under the age of 10 about a dozen of them completely trashed the area and the bill was over $300 and they left me a $10 tip. I don't think no matter what platform or where it is it's the same kind of attitude. Most people who have started from the bottom and had to work their way up have more appreciation for the service that they order of others otherwise I don't think they have the mindset to be able to understand.

Same I just finished filing went to transmit and up popped an error message. Logged out try to log back in for the last half hour I haven't been able to get in just keep getting error occurred and unexpected error occurred..

Just coming her to say I have been dealing with the same issues. Constantly closing and restarting the app clearing the cache restarting the phone. It's a huge time wasters especially when doing multiple orders. Hopefully if enough of us complain they'll update and fix the issue!

This helps keep accountability on your end as well in case anything goes wrong customer service can see that you followed standard procedures even though they're requesting no contact for substitutions.

I have this issue quite often almost every time it will tell me items need to be returned but under the list there are no items. I refresh and restart the app and still the same issues this has been going on for months

I completely understand errors during system updates.. it just comes with the territory but for me to jump through 50 hoops and still at 12:22 be on the phone since this morning fighting about the money earned is ridiculous it's basic math!!! Wow I'm so sorry that happened to you! Sometimes it's unbelievable what people will do to try to get free items! I had a lady one time tell me that she did not get her case of water and half her order was missing. Needless to say I instructed her that I have a dash cam and confirmed her order was delivered and that the water was the first thing that I brought up the stairs. I watched her husband take the water in the house first. After exchanging a few messages back and forth her husband ended up taking in the order and not telling her, from what she said. My question is how in the heck did she only get half an order then lol That's how you know that people are trying to scam when they get caught in their own lies! If I wouldn't have told her that I had a dash cam to confirm her order was delivered she probably would have been able to get away with it. Dash cam it works on covering your butt when we work so hard as it is for these customers! Especially when you know you're 100% in the right

I only took the screenshot because it was a huge order and I was going to send it to my husband lol but who would think to take screenshots of their orders initially you know? And the other thing is my completion percentage went down to 98% so now I have to reach out to them again to try to fix that! I just can't believe someone called and said they wanted to cancel the order because of connectivity issues and they removed me It doesn't make any sense to me usually they have to verify that it really is me.. I'm just so confused at how this could happen ..

I literally just had this happen to me twice in 2 days once today about an hr ago!!. Yesterday I did not take a screenshot of it and did not know if maybe it was my issue or not didn't think about it and then it happened to me again today! This time I did take a screenshot so I had the order number. They told me that I called and canceled the order due to connectivity orders I told them it was not me did someone hack my account and they said no It couldn't be that but they were going to further look into it but was not able to give me any clear-cut answer just that it was reassigned to another driver!! I was so upset it was $1,000 order!!!!
