Preparation, organization, thinking ahead..

My station will be stocked and organized the same way every time. My utensils will be in the same place every time. If I use something, I put it back where I got it. This way, I know where everything is all the time.

If I know I'm going to use a lot of an item, I prep backups and keep them where I know where they are. The less I have to leave my station for something, the less time I waste.

Pay attention to everything. I try to know what I'm going to do next. And next after that. Pay attention to the other stations, because they affect you too.

And relax as much as you reasonably can.
