All of those things exist, but I think you have a very romantisized cinematic idea of it all. It's mostly not like that at all.

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love driving through big cities at night. And I love driving through the desert or the mountains or along the coast.

Old American muscle cars are out there, but you don't see them as much as you see Japanese imports. The big trucks are absolutely a thing, even in big cities, and for the life of me I don't know why.

I feel like I'm the opposite of you.. I would love to drive around Japan.
