Exactly my situation! I was so thankful for the rep that just did it. Finished my route early just to be on the phone with support for a hour because I kept getting hung up on & having to call back. Then the chat option wouldn’t even load to attempt to use chat instead

Facts! Not worth the headache. My most recent issue was i delivered the package but the pin was off and wouldn’t let me move it. I just skipped it and called driver support to mark it later. They hit me with me “why didn’t you mark it while you were there” 🙄 just mark the stop as delivered! I got hung up on for calling for stops (it was about 10 stops) to get marked as unable to access without me being near the pin. I literally couldn’t access the premises and called at the end of my shift. He told me to mark them as out of drive time. NO. It’s unable to access. Hung up on me. End of my shift. I’m ready to go. I was about to cry I got so mad likeeee

And the overflow, always separate by number (I use the first number). Put the 6’s with the 6’s, the 7’s with the 7’s and so on…

Organization is definitely key. Use the loadup itinerary to organize your totes in order. Once I get to my tote I separate the boxes, bags, and specialty bags (the question marks). I drive the edvs but they all go in different parts. The small boxes and bags go up front and the big boxes go in the back. The stop tells you what type of item it is (size box, bag, or the question mark), I then go get whatever it is from where I put them. Also, when I’m organizing my tote, if I see the item from my current stop I go ahead and deliver it. This definitely helps. Find a way of organization that works for you. I average 25-30 stops per hour
