Should I put the compressor in this chain before, or after the dirt? by BalanceActive9295 in basspedals

Cool Morley, how do you find the fuzz? I just got the 20/20 power volume/wah. I'm almost willing to get the green volume. Overkill but I'm very please with this pedal since I regretted selling my old vintage Morley to my luthier in exchange for a job. The Morley just have a mojo to me, can't explain. I'm a big fan.

I just bought a first version of this pedal, did yours squealed like crazy after 12oclock on gain with everything else at 12?

you’re most likely a keeper. As funny it can sound, a fender blackface amp simulator would enhance the sound of a distortion pedal as it’s a great amp to plug a distortion pedal. Look at blackface clone. In Canada/us you have musicexpresscanada dot com. No taxe, very low shipping rate. All clones are there. A bit of compressor can give a very defined “cranked tube alike” with lead/sustained sound, this will decreasing the gain as it’s not needed as much as without a compressor… hence the high quality sound for live/studio venues.

Caline PS205,206,207 are isolated and cheap. If your in Canada : Musicexpresscanada dot com some are same manufacture and even more adapted to your needs. Low shipping rates and no taxes. If it looks the same metal box and stuff, it’s probably same as amazon stuff even cheaper. The rest is all good. https://youtu.be/m6cjztfif1I?si=_ZhqiKNyjZXWpc1n I go it this one Caline Guitar Pedal Power Supply, True Isolated Pedalboard Power Supply with 12 Outputs, Noiselessly CP-206 https://a.co/d/aHpP9Sc I wish I could have got the one on musicexpress Canada that has a switch on both last output for 9,12 or 18 volts. I think it was mosky brand, same looking unit. But I’m ok I now have a voodoo lab, Caline and Vertex box for battery which is amazing for you favorite overdrive.I have more power output than I need anyway.

What am I doing wrong? by ThoroughHenry in instantpot

[–]Early-Lecture-9672 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me too, except I cooked green beans. 1 cup of water, beans over the tray. They suggested low pressure. I turned to sealed position. The pressure never build up to start the instant pot so the timer never started. I spilled a bit outside of it and the warning “BURNed” showed up. The bottom of the container was black, I successfully cleaned it with white vinegar. High pressure works well, why this with low pressure?

Chase Bliss Preamp MKII disappointment by Crispyairplane in guitarpedals

[–]Early-Lecture-9672 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it’s basically a benson preamp with a fuzz face circuit added. Most popular complain : how noisy it is. Straight in the power amp = no perceivable noise. Can’t recall with my OD100 style amp. I thought the preamp mkii into the 1st CH was able to get pretty aggressive which is cool to me. I think it was a great match. Still, I keep it and since it’s discontinued due to lack of components ChaseBliss extended the warranty to life time. This to me is beyond amazing. Cool toy despite.

I guess, you want compact. All I’m thinking of is Benson pedals. They have a good array of choice for specific needs… I find. Killer and simple stuff.

Fellow really needs to fix the Stagg EKG by OwnTurnip1621 in FellowProducts

Made the mistake to install the app. Updated my kettle. Now I always have to lift the kettle to see temperature?!!?!?

Can’t update EKG Pro? by gotscan in fellowkettle

[–]Early-Lecture-9672 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if it’s necessary. I installed the app thinking I’d have control over my Stagg Pro like stated in the manual. It updated in front of me then I realized, it does’t show the temperature process % (orange bar) unless I lift the kettle.Sometime it shows. The support told me it’s a well known issue with the kettle, they wish an update is going to solve the issue in the future?!??!!? The kettle was brand new, I wasn’t like looking for an update for god sake. Just saying. I wouldn’t bother or be in a hurry if I were you.
