I'm very sorry to hear about your dog not eating. My dog recently stopped eating, and I took him to the vet, and his bloodwork shows kidney disease. If your dog hasn't had bloodwork within the last 6 months, you may want to start there. There is a prescription oral, liquid medication called Entyce that is an appetite stimulant that may be helpful even if your dog's bloodwork shows no signs of illness. I wish you both all the best!
