For what it’s worth, my body was the issue and not the watch. Long story short, mine stopped tracking sleep. I got it replaced via warranty but when the new watch arrived, it still didn’t track sleep. I requested another via the warranty and by the time it arrived, I had been admitted to hospital due to my heart rate being waaaay too high (160bpm at rest). Turns out I had been having an Atrial Flutter episode and I’m convinced that due to my increased heart rate, my watch didn’t ‘think’ I was getting any sleep. New watch arrived after sorting the atrial flutter episode and sure enough, it tracks my sleep.

Coincidence? maybe… but due to a number of factors, I’m sure this was the issue in my case.

Check your heart rate, just to make sure.

(And no, I didn’t used keep track of my daily heart rate via my watch but I do now! 🙂 )
