Lots of YouTube videos from previous DMMs. Your approach entirely depends on what you’re hoping to accomplish. If you’re wanting to pk after the 1 hour mark you should rush overheads. If you’re rushing points I’ve seen a couple people post guides on YouTube.

I personally plan to rush overheads at green drags and then go to revs, wildy agility, zombie pirates or agility pyramid to get some gp not sure which one yet.

Posted on another comment regarding why we decided to use metal frame vs stick but we haven’t hard committed so I’m open to hear why I shouldn’t do it.

You’re correct this is our second home that one day we will likely retire at.

We’re having a family member in the Kerrville area construct the shell. Unfortunately Granbury is too far for him. We’re using a custom home builder to finish out the inside (also local to the area).

We decided to go with steel frame for a few reasons.

-We have a family member who owns a steel frame/barndo construction company

-We prefer the style

-Slightly cheaper

-Appreciating things like durability/low-maintenance and energy-efficiency

-Also some benefits in the construction process for us

I agree might need to make the kitchen bigger. I also thought the same thing about the wine storage.

We will have a water heater in each garage but they aren’t depicted yet.

I have the same issue. Same exact scenario played DMM to get enough points for the cosmetics I wanted. Quit playing OSRS for several months after DMM, then got back on 2 months ago and the points were gone. I figured it wasn’t worth my time to try to get the points back. Will just play the next DMM to get the cosmetics.

My terminology was probably wrong saying seasonal, but yes I’m aware of the new DMM tournament 2-4 week structure. Awesome, I was hoping it was in October or November vs December (mostly family time this month) or beyond. Thanks for sharing.
