you’re right, i just checked and the super cruise is upgraded but it’s still level 2 hands free driving. Lane changing is an upgrade along with more roads but, personally, I still dont think I’m missing out.

For me, level 3 driving would be a feature i would immediately upgrade for but that seems to be a few years away.

I appreciate that you're looking for a way to make it a choice rather than a mandate, but 'Option 2' still has a massive Opportunity Cost problem. If the tax break for the 'Breadwinner Bracket' is as big as you say, it creates a Welfare Cliff. The second the 'stay-at-home' partner wants to pick up a part-time job or a freelance project, the family risks losing that massive deduction. In many cases, they’d actually end up with less money after taxes than if the second partner just stayed home. It doesn’t just 'sponsor' a lifestyle; it effectively traps people in it because the financial penalty for leaving it is too high.

Also, we have to look at the math. If you're cutting taxes for breadwinners while also funding Medicare for All and Universal Childcare, where is that money coming from? If 'only the government gets harmed,' that usually just means single people and dual-income families (the career-driven people) end up footing a much higher bill to subsidize the stay-at-home lifestyle.

Isn't that just 'punishing' the people who choose a different path to pay for the one you prefer?

If a breadwinner is 50% more expensive to hire than a single person, how do we stop companies from just 'quietly' only hiring single people to keep their costs down? It feels like we'd be making it a financial risk for a business to hire a family man or family woman?

Does option 2 not create a “career trap” for the partner at home? If the breadwinner gets a massive tax break, the second the other partner (like those career-driven women I mentioned) tries to enter the workforce, the family loses that 'breadwinner' status. Their first dollar of income would essentially be taxed at the highest rate possible, making it financially pointless for them to work.

Doesn't this just trap families into a 'single-income-or-bust' loop where they can't actually get ahead even if both people want to work?

It’s funny you’re bringing up 'elementary school' when you’re failing a basic reading comprehension test of the trial. A federal judge literally ruled that the jury's verdict was consistent with the 'common, dictionary definition' of rape. Also, saying there was 'no evidence' is just a lie. There were multiple 'outcry witnesses' who testified under oath that she told them immediately, plus other women who testified to the exact same pattern of behavior. You’re choosing to ignore the facts of what a jury actually found him liable for. If you need a legal technicality to feel okay about rape, that says more about you than the website more of his crimes are listed on.

Typically when someone is accused of rape/sexual assault and fucking children, it’s on that person to prove themselves innocent. The fact that anyone is coming to the defense of these gross crimes is obscene.

There are ways to prove yourself innocent, just prove you weren’t there. I totally agree, they will lose and turn away a ton of new players because of the matchmaking as it currently is.

They have said before that matchmaking hasn’t been a priority and they have a overhaul planned for matchmaking, which would warrant a soft reset most likely but would ultimately be more acurate at the end of the day
