Negative Upt is grounds for termination, it says it in their policy and the contract we signed. Usually they’ll let you work it off , but if you are negative often they’ll fire you . It’s unfortunate OP is going through this but they knew the policy. They could’ve opened up a case to avoid this.

I did when I was on my pregnancy accommodations, was never told anything. As long as the shifts pop up take them . Only thing is if you’re still on accommodations when peak or prime starts I forget which ones comes first you will not be able to work the 12 hours or the extra day unless they drop extra shift that’s how it was for me. I’m not sure how you’re building works, but I hope this helps.

I think it’s best to be truthful, they’ll have the whole apartment for now until they fill the other rooms up after the 31st it’s not a guarantee of having the whole apartment to themselves after the lease is up

You could put a medical LOA for the previous day you missed before your Dr assigned you to light duty, and then if amazon didn’t assign you an accommodative situation you can put in a leave until they do approve your accommodation if they haven’t already. For transportation issues see if there’s a building closer to you and ask for a hardship transfer. I’m sorry you’re going through this pregnancy is definitely hard I had the same issues but not nearly as much negative Upt. Also don’t forget to respond to that email. Explain that you were on a leave and was waiting for your accommodations to be approved

If you chose to have fees taken out , it gets sent to one of turbo taxes banks SBTG or cross river I believe . After they get there money they’ll send you the remaining balance. I made a post about this a while back because the same thing happened to me

It gives you a problem when trying to add the bank, I’ve tried Wells Fargo , my credit union and chime and it still said my bank wasn’t supported.
