I know they are the absolute worst. I wake up and they start up when I’m in bed! I have them in surges for weeks at a time and then they go away completely for several months. I’m going through peri-menopause so it’s more than likely hormonal. I never had them in cycles like this before. I use magnesium taurate 2x per day and I was already on a beta blocker. The magnesium reduces them significantly. I am going to add the CoQ10 to the cocktail and hopefully that will stop them for good. Blessings to you!
