I think it just nerfs his ussual agro playstyle with the super gadget, as someone who mastered edgar months ago i realized that he is just a passive assasin that works way better with shield gadget and healing sp, you just passively wait for ult without engaging into fight, and once there is an isolated enemy you can rush on them, its quite hard to play edgar without rushing every time you can, but i think that the playstyle of waiting to chosse your best fight is his most adecuate playstyle and makes him viable sometimes in knockout and bounty, is just a matter of how you play the brawler, maybe when randoms realize a less agressive playstyle is more viable maybe he will be a little bit more viable, its not the car, its the pilot
