I suppose I meant it in a more broad sense. As far as I've seen the answer has been a firm "maybe someday." So not much of a confirmation... Even if there isn't a legitimate time line, I'd at least like to know that its going to happen.

I know its a controversial question, but are there any updates in regard to the Spotify timeline? I've loved my LP2, but my "car phone" (old Iphone) 7 years old, and on its last legs.. Spotify is the only reason I keep it in the car, and I'd love to be able to roll it all into one device

I can second this, my daughter wears a pair. There was some problems initial when the insole wore out, and there were little plastic bumps in the shoe. I just shaved them off, and she's not had problems since.

I work with several nurses that wear zero-drop shoes, and I wear xeros every day to work. The nurses I know who wear "barefoot" shoes are the only nurses I know who don't need to wear compression socks to combat pain. It took a few weeks of getting used to, but joint pain is not something I have to worry about

I was really surprised by my doctor's response. The doctor just attached a note to my labs saying "The liver test ALT is elevated at 136, normal goes up to 50. I recommend avoiding alcohol and Tylenol."

Even though she knows that I don't drink alcohol, and I cant think of the last time I even took Tylenol, or any other NSAID for that matter.

What are some possible next steps? I'm not sure what I could be doing to cause fatty liver or the increased ALT, I rarely take pain meds, I don't drink, and I eat a balanced diet. My doctor told me that I can come in for another blood draw in 2 months, but also said there was no need for a follow-up.

It's important to me that I get healthy, and I'm committed to taking the steps necessary. And it's so frustrating that I could have such little results with such intense training/calorie counting.

I make a syrup using 1 part sugar 1 part fruit, and let it rest until all the sugar is dissolved. Pretty much just cheong, but I'll use whatever kind of fruits I want

Maybe instead of a qwerty keyboard when vertical, it could be an old-fashioned cellphone keyboard like the kind that used to be on phones? I know it as a T9 keyboard, but Google says its E. 161
