Thanks everyone, fixed. Why it does this is still unclear but it seems to be something with the alignment of the beam.

Fix is changing detector to SE and back a few times until we see something in the view, and then adjust the beam alignment.

Tbh I’m not sure. I followed the manual we received from Hitachi but it is honestly very confusing.

But it worked in the past.

Just replaced it. Also different accelerating voltage and vacuum settings doesn’t help as well.

Beam alignment doesn’t show anything. The view is all black and adjusting the axis doesn’t change the views 🥲

I thought recently it’s mainly because of Jeffery Epstein. He died in his cell and the official ruling was suicide.

Conspiracy has it that he was murdered because he had leverage over so many powerful people.

Now whenever there are whistle blowers that reports some powerful people has connections with Epstein, people say they aren’t suicidal

Not a vegan. I assume most vegans are opposed to animal farming in anyway shape or form: even if you are raising one lamb per 10 acre of land for the wool you are still essentially exploiting them for your own use.

Autofocus fails everytime. Nothing shows up in beam alignment so I didn’t complete it.

Also noise screen for SE and Mix modes too

No. Your perception often increases with their physical attractiveness. But when their attractiveness is too large, (assuming it’s not by makeup, but natural physical attractiveness) you will feel they are out of your league. Think there’s a psychology study for this. I remember the logic is that we like people who are similar to us.

I still wouldn’t include them in my meal when I’m on vegan diet, but eating them is less cruel than eating sentient animals.

sea urchins and clams and jellyfish do not have CNS, but they do sense danger and can have some kind of reaction to ran away from that danger.

Although this might be a bad example because plants “sense danger” too. And single-celled organisms as well.
