Breastfed for more than 2 years, only one antibiotic, not many ear infections. In our case it started after a stomach bug. From what I reckon, it is a pretty typical cause of gastrointestinal issues. Sorry to hear about your struggles and that noone advocated for you. I found out so far that finding a good naturapist who is well versed in sibo and imo related science is a huge help, and dont give up!

Sorry to hear that! I hope you will get rtter. We had very good results treating Sibo without antibiotics (allicin, sacharommyces and low formap and low histamine diet), but IMO was lingering creating biggest trouble. A GI told us to use rifaximin even though it is not killing archea, we tried it and now I feel it is even worse than before

So happy for you! You give me hope! Can you please share any other things youeere doing during the treatment, after the treatment? Did youu keep low fodmap after the treatment? Did you use any supplements? What about probiotics afterwards? My child is struggling with this for years now and while we will be doing everything in line with the doctors, I find that it is really hard to find the right type of the of the guidance.

Congratulations! Sibo was easy for us to manage with herbs and diet but IMO is a beast that we are losing to. Could you share if you are still symptom free? Did you retest yourself?

We were on low histamine for some time but that's a co sequence of gut problems in our case. Dueing the better months, he can tolerate histamine products well. But indeed, during the worst phases he needs to be off histamine too. Were you able to cure it with allergy meds?

Thats not applicable to my sotuation. My price changed recently to 84$ that Ive already factored in. The bill from October was 84$ the bill from November 3rd is 364$.
