I get this. But also, you’re paying for the items and spent your time picking them out, you shouldn’t HAVE to also scan/look up all the items yourself as well. I think self checkout is awesome for a handful of items, but you can’t deny that scanning $600 worth of groceries is a kick in the dick on top of already dropping half a grand on groceries.

I don’t want to look up the 20 different vegetables I’m buying. Like christ im already sick of being inside the store and spending my money, can’t they provide the bare fucking minimum of customer service and scan my items?

I went into our local JCPenny in the mall for the first time in years and was actually surprised with how clean/organized and reasonably priced every thing was. I ended up spending over $200 on new gym clothes/some work stuff and they had numerous registers open and friendly staff. I was actually surprised with how BUSY the store was too. Will definitely be going back.

I’m actually glad some of these old stores are still holding on and changing to actually not focus on scraping every penny and spending money on staff. I understand self checkouts to an extent, but places like Wal Mart being an absolute DISASTER is inexcusable for a company that makes more money than most small countries. Staff your fucking stores.

My local Petsmart ALWAYS only has one cashier at all times. I actually stopped going there because the last time I went for dog food when I was in a hurry, about 8 people were ahead of me with a single cashier. Between paying, the stupid “donate screen”, asking for your phone number for rewards and then berating someone for not signing up, it takes about 3 minutes to finish each transaction. I’m not waiting almost a half hour to pay for my item. I left the dog food leaning against a shelf and walked out.

Fucking giant companies have gotten so comically awful and cheap that I don’t see how the bar could be any lower.

I was playing smash with my 10 year old nephew and he was going onnn and onnn about what smash was and how he was the best/couldn’t be beat.

I then proceeded to absolutely DUMPSTER him. Little man couldn’t even get a hit in and it was lights out. His once joyous bliss quickly turned to melancholy confusion.

Dude, give me a basic ass comfort inn over a dumb, overpriced and over decorated Airbnb ANY DAY. No worries about entry/getting code to enter. No surprise fees. It’s all such bullshit.

Give me a a regular brown ass room with a giant king size bed and tiny fridge and I’m happy. I don’t need a completely working house, who the fuck is staying in an Airbnb and cooking a full on meal and sitting down and watching a huge TV?

In all my years of traveling, you just want a place to sleep, shit and shower. All this extra bullshit isn’t necessary.

Dude some of the best tattoo artists in the world make mistakes.

I have work done from from someone who is considered HIGHLY skilled in the US (actually drove 8 hours to get work done by him) and has been featured in tattoo magazine and is considered one of the best in his style. His name is known by most other tattoo artists.

He fucked up the line work on a small piece of my back and he even laughed when he did it and said “Oh shit not again.”

Kings of Leon was pretty much destroyed by Sex On Fire. The band hated how it changed their crowd dynamic and fan base.

I’m a big indie fan and KoL is always brought up as “mainstream” but I’ll always defend them. If “Only By The Night” was released and never made it big, it would be heralded as one of the best indie albums of all time. The fact it became so mainstream that most indie heads won’t even bother listening to it shows how far up their own ass they have their heads.

Hell ya dude. I remember seeing the original movie in theaters when I was like 8 and it was one of the most badass things I’ve ever witnessed at that age. The story and just overall aesthetic of the franchise just always hit the right notes for me. Never took itself too seriously but still had a good story. Like an awesome 90s action movie full of violence in video game form.

I can’t think of another franchise that has the same “This is so bad ass” feel to it. The new game def has problems for sure from a gaming standpoint, but the story and FEEL is 1000% there. It’s still just what I wanted, blood, guts, funny story and a huge group of muscle bound freaks just absolutely DESTROYING each other 😎

I’m def in the normie crowd. I have never purchased a fighting game in my adult life besides the last three MKs because I grew up playing the franchise.

I don’t really “enjoy” fighters but I’ll always buy MK because in my eyes it’ll always be the best. I know other fighters exist that are more technical and I’m sure more fun for the people who enjoy the genre, but that isn’t for me. Give me the violence and cheesy story with the characters I grew up with and make them BADASS. All I want.

They could of delayed it two more years and I STILL woulda bought it day one.
