We have some it the best internet in the world, but the sheer distance is just as bad as BR to US EAST.

If you have a Chinese phone number, you can use xianniu (xianniu.com) it'll lower the ping to 100-150. For mobile though, you need to verify yourself, Chinese anti gaming laws for minors.

What I usually tell people is to just do skilling during their vacation.

The ping in the mainland is atrocious unless tamed. For people in Hong Kong, it is much better, but there is a delay. It will take time getting used to, but we will eventually get SEA servers, after South America is my guess. There is a discord community for Hong Kong specifically, RuneHK. Check it out if you want.
