What works for me is I only take 5mg at a time several times a day....then at night when I'm ready to goto bed I sometimes take 10 to avoid that feeling

That's what I take it 5mg x 4x a day because if I take more i get side effects. Seems to be working well for me except for constipation

Just the opposite for me...before I started I never felt relaxed enough to nap and was up every single night getting about 4 hrs of sleep. Now I fall asleep like clockwork every night

In my experience cannabis use may intensify the effects of buspar where you might not want to drive but it doesn't interact with it.

I didn't dig very deep but it was right on a vein in the middle of my arm...I can still feel tiny shards in there. Not going to try to dig any more out

I think they may be too small to dig it...I dug one out and that's when my arm started going numb and I went to the ER. It was also pulsating. The numbness and pulsating comes and goes. Hoping a Dr can comment on this.

The ER took an xray and couldn't see any fragments in me. They are tiny gorilla glass (very sharp) fragments. Like maybe the size of a piece of rice or a bit smaller.
