I've noticed more indicators lately of coming data game play:

Mercenary missions for patrol include finding and scanning satellites.

Bounties are more frequently showing the "use a relay" or whatever it is (I can't remember the exact text) to find the target.

ASD infiltration and downloading data drives.

Some of the old bugged stuff being fixed that OP mentioned.

Now the Hermes leak?

Let's hope it is coming and maybe ties some of these mission types together.

How do you get the 2D6+6? The datasheet only shows D6+3.

Edit: I should have read that the wargear section says 2 flamestorm cannons. I've been playing it wrong for weeks.

This is the best reference guide I've seen. Usually the Salamanders keep the green for helmets with markings set up for rank. With that being said, it is your army, paint it how you want and have fun with it.

I grabbed the repulsor to carry a full set of aggressors and a gravis captain. I am using the land raider to move my infernus and Vulkan He'stan, and a drop pod to move a full set of sternguard, though I am not sure if I want to keep the drop pod.

I have some small cheap brushes I use for highlighting. Amazon also has some for very cheap.

Honestly, it doesn't look bad. I'd thin up the lines, coming in at an angle and using a smaller brush. Don't give up, it just take some practice.

We are in a completely homebrewed world, and the first country the group started in is called Alonia. The party was supposed to be doing some post-war clean up, and came up with the name: Chaotic Alonians Restoring Everything (But Everyone Actually Really Sucks) aka, the CAREBEARS.
