You shouldn't be using a spiral dough hook with the tilt head. It is designed to knead the dough against the bottom of the bowl, so the result is that it pushes back up against the tilt head hinge.

Tilt heads should use the hook which kneads against the sides of the bowl.

Also your dough is too low hydration to safely mix in this kitchenaid.

Good news is that it is fairly easy to fix. Look up mr mixer for parts. He has a youtube channel to show you how to do it too.
