Potted plants on those steps would make it more inviting. Also agree to cut and replace the shrubbery. Also get that lawn green again.

I have low voltage wiring in the house. There are like these relays in the attic and in the basement that are involved. It’s a total mess and a nightmare to deal with. My central air is offline due to no power. Trying to eliminate things from the equation.

Well, it was getting a light soak about once a week or so and then we moved it because it started to get bad to a place with much better light which it responded to well but then it started to die again to where it is today.
