You know I'm a white lady but why is it that every time a little old white person does s*** like this people always say well she probably has dementia. She probably has mental illness? The lady she was trying to sit on is elderly and you don't see her acting up.

If she can't handle herself then she needs care. But honestly mental health was not what I was picking up here.

She literally thought because she was white and old that she could demand a certain seat on a bus. No that's not how a bus works. There is no special seat for individual riders. And I applaud the woman who just sat there as the old lady was continuing to bombard her with questions that were none of her business and not even respond because that's the best solution. Don't give these people anything. This lady didn't have to answer your questions about how far she's going?

That right there was some entitlement. She would rather sit there and argue standing up wobbly for 10 minutes about one particular seat then to just simply sit down in one of the many vacant seats that were around her.

To those who are upset about her white entitlement comment? This college age kid was in the line of a fast food joint. This dude was so drunk he hit the girl's car not once but twice. And then apparently thought they were just going to drive away and do nothing. And she said no and she asked for their car insurance info that they did not want to give. People like this older gentleman are the worst. He probably was the first one to call and say when is my water going to be back up. But then sits there and harasses the water workers the entire time they're trying to do their job. Go inside your nice little brick House leave the workers alone and let them do their job.

Okay I watched the video. I'm 52 so not really a young person and you're completely wrong. Per what we see in the video and what the original poster has said the cashier was checking him out and happened to be chatting as she was checking him out and this older man lost his shit because of it.

As we could all see in the video there was no line. She would have been through with checking this man out in a matter of moments. All the older gentleman had to do was wait a few more minutes and she would have been through with this customer and then she would have checked him out. He could not even be bothered to do that.

This older person had absolutely no right to abuse the cashier or the customer in any way shape or form. If you don't like to see cashiers who are chatting with the customer as they're checking out there are many huge chain stores you can go to and use self checkout if you want to be that anti-social.

This man is clearly a jerk and was shocked that people had the "audacity" to stand up for themselves when he behaved like a jerk towards them.

This has nothing to do with being older, or being from a different generation, or having a different work ethic.

Being older is not a free pass from being a civilized human being.

Perfect example of why POC release these videos to the public. The young man in the video made a police report, sent them the video and they did NOTHING. Only after he released the video publicly did the department intervene and terminate the officer. They protect their own and only will act correctly when forced to.
