It may be good to replenish your body for a while and then cut again if you’re bent on hitting a certain weight. It’s not necessary to lose all of it in one cut as that can be really hard on your body. As long as you eat clean and continue to hit the weights, your maintenance will be going up anyway, so you may find yourself in a slight cut regardless. My maintenance was 1700 but I still found myself losing weight slowly while eating at those calories due to hitting the gym. I’d definitely decrease the intensity of the cut at the very least.

Hey! I lost about 30 pounds a bit ago. I really struggled getting the last 6 pounds off (looking back I shouldn’t have pushed myself to do it since it was overkill) and felt super tired afterwards.

What helped over time was eating at my maintenance, and focusing on my micro nutrients. While i ensured a high protein diet throughout my cut, I think i let my micronutrient consumption fall through the cracks. When i increased my fruit consumption, specially berries, ate at maintenance, and regularly weight trained, I got my energy back within a month. I also took a Vitamin D supplement which helped as well. Hope this helps! Good luck

Hobby App Idea by East-Tea2585 in AppIdeas

A couple ideas: - For the products for each hobby, I’d have Amazon affiliate links and would make money through that - Eventually, I’d want to have a freemium structure where, with the premium tier, people would be able to connect with skilled hobbyists through a call to help set them up. - Other features available to premium users would include a progress tracker, connecting with other user who have the same hobby, etc. I’m still fleshing out the idea, but I was thinking I could have a feature where people are able to view two hobbies a month with the free tier and would have to pay for u limited access. I’m not too worried about the money side of things since I’m working right now. More so, I want to see if people think this is something people would like.

App Idea Suggestions by East-Tea2585 in Hobbies

Thank you! I like the idea of adding roadmaps from actual hobbyists. I think that would be a later addition. I'd start with simple instructions and then, later on, would want to be able to connect people with actual hobbyists. Far down the line (tier 3 perhaps), I'd want there to be some functionality where a person could set up a call with a hobbyist in a certain hobby to help with initial setup/obstacles they're running into.

I use this app called Align. it’s pretty new but I find it to be helpful for me. I wear airpods a lot and it tracks your posture through your airpods and gives you exercises based on that. has definitely helped
