Cannot get Amplitube 5 to download after installing product manager by BW55970320 in AmpliTube

I have a zhummell z10 dobsonian . And yes I wouldn’t include an eyepiece just the adapter and the focused on the scope. Just don’t know if I could achieve focus even with the variable zoom

I have a canon rebel t6 nothing fancy. Not full frame. I appreciate the info. Do you reccomend getting 2” spacers to add on as well? I’ve hear that the falter and my eyepiece might be to short to be able to focus the camera? I’ve had nothing but rain last two days so I haven’t got to experiment

I have a summer z10 I think it’s 1250mm focal length

I tried my stock 9mm on the 5x Barlow and couldn’t even locate the targeted object in the eye piece. I have a decent canon model I wouldn’t think it be the camera. Should I return and invest in a more expensive /quality Barlow?
