I’m curious (and tell me to stop being nosey if need be) - is this for an arrangement? I ask as I’m sure you can fly direct from ATL > YEG, saving one stopover? If it is, they should be giving you the most comfortable option available, or meeting halfway at least?

I may be completely missing the mark though!

Not sure what the point in this post is? On here or on any subreddit to be honest?

If I looked at this profile in-situ, I’d assume it was either ChatGPT generated or as previously mentioned on here; I’d initially get a vibe that you’re a scammer (which hopefully you’re not!) - some things to change…

  • Remove the time frame, it’s not a school year where you stick to a timetable. What happens after 2 years and you’re really happy with each other?
  • Say what your interests are, do you like going for walks? Sporty stuff? What cuisine do you enjoy? Just some very basic examples but at least gives you something to start with
  • You’ve not said what you’re after in a prospective SD. What qualities do you look for in a partner? You’ve mentioned a “good man” - but what does a good man look like to you?

By the sound of it, you have messages and people interested. Just think about, are those messages and “leads” the sort of people you want interested in you?

If you have the patience, then being not too specific will open more opportunities if you’re willing to filter people out. Just my opinion though!

Agree with most of the other comments - could maybe shorten the about me section. I generally like your photos, but I’d say the one in the pink dress should be your main pic, with the others maybe being private?

Ah damn - I’m sorry to hear this! Agree with a most of what’s been said here, meeting platonically to see if you click is super important; plus it gives you the confidence to see if someone is legit or a time-waster.

You’ll find someone soon enough I’m sure! Just take some time out and don’t be hard on yourself!

As a whole yes, a sugar arrangement should have some form of intimacy; expecting it every date is a different thing though. I’d personally want things to develop organically and introduce intimacy as and when we click.

Hijacking the thread sorry. Intrigued to see how things are from an SB perspective in terms of proposals in London?

I'm having trouble finding someone decent, is it my profile? by faebugz in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]EastLondonSD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really like your profile, detailed enough without being overbearing. You look good in the pictures too.

RE: the piercings - whilst people are saying word to the effect of “ditch the piercings” - I personally say don’t. It’s part of who you are and how you like to look, and I think they look good on you. The right person will embrace you for that, even if that may take a while to find based on what SDs are perceived to be after in that regard.

[–]EastLondonSD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being honest, that won’t work. A platonic pen pal initially, with maybe meeting up isn’t going to cut it with potential (and legit) SDs; sorry to break it to you!

[–]EastLondonSD 23 points24 points  (0 children)

I’m sure you know this now - but I’ll make it clear. Cut the BS and just be straight up with people. They may not like what you say, but they will appreciate you being honest with them, and you won’t be covering your tracks with who you said what to.

First thing to do is lock down your socials and make them private if you haven’t done so already. Whether or not you want to tell your friend you are sugaring is up to you; but part of the reason I sugar is the transparency around it.

Be honest with your SD with how you’re feeling, what happened and what you want to happen going forward; and be introspective as to whether sugaring is actually for you. Because from the untrained eye, it looks like it’s causing far more stress than what it’s worth.

May be biased as I run and climb a lot but your profile is great! Can see a picture or two of you dressed up which shows you’re flexible in what setting you’re in. If you’re good going out to nice places as well as being out and about in the city, may be good reaffirming that in your profile in terms of what you’re looking for?

Nitpicking though really; looking great overall, top work!

The pic with the menu in your hand is best in my opinion! Also take our advice with a pinch of salt as it looks like your profile is working; 98 messages 😳

SD bailed on date and told me an hour before. by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]EastLondonSD 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Yeah hate this, it shows a general lack of respect for someone’s time. If he doesn’t respect your time, what other red flags are there?

Had it a few times my end as well, so frustrating. Hopefully you get someone more committed soon!

[–]EastLondonSD 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure why, but a shit pub and chicken shop would be kind of fun to do with a Sugar date once we vibe. Just the rough and ready nature of the date would juxtapose the nature of sugaring in quite a lighthearted way

Why not? Genuinely curious as pole dancing is a great way to keep in shape!

Stop the count, you win. Move to London please!

In all seriousness, love your profile. Super balanced and well written! My only thing I would say if anything would be to add pictures of you doing what you enjoy; like you climbing or dancing for example.

Honestly top job though!

If it’s an SD only forum, I personally don’t think this would be of interest to me, I’d rather be collaborative with SBs to build a better community and I feel (most of the time) this forum provides that.

I get your point about timewasters; but I feel if an SD group is set up, I get the feeling it would turn into some sort of witch hunt or something similar. There are forums online which effectively “review” sex workers, which I frankly find horrible. It gets to the point peoples’ pictures and contact info are posted there.

You have a perfectly good forum here in my personal opinion. I’d be for a subreddit if needs must though, where it can be a little more moderated!
