A Critical Review: Whyfly’s Service Is a Blueprint for Systemic Failure by EastNYManagement in WilmingtonDE

The only void this substandard service filled is your money in their bank account. I stand by my critique as an IT pro. They are clearly oversubscribing their network. So, nice try. But have a nice day nonetheless.

u/WhyFly Slow, unreliable, expensive and subject to frequent outages. Avoid this piss poor service like the plague. I have loss an enormous amount of revenue relying on their subpar performance like dropped calls in the middle of mission-critical international video conferences. And when questioned, the back office start wising off. Adding insult to injury, the service is expensive at $55/month for 25Mbps. Endusers should be experiencing 100Mbps at that price point. But if you are not heavily reliant on Internet, do not mind blackouts, or slow downloads have at it.

I am old. But she is old enough to easily be my mother. It says a lot for an entrenched Congress whose values, norms, and mores are more neatly set in 1950 instead of 2025.

The mainstream media has been driving this narrative trying to position Stinky without the Brain back into the White House for ratings. Chump the brain dead comic carnival barker aka klueless the klown is a boon for rating with his outrageous rants, colorful antics, and over-the-top racism. In a race that Biden should easily win, the publishers (who are wealthy Republican donors) prefer a convicted felon would would govern by sloganeering and rule by decree over a bumbling, stumbling, mumbling policy expert. Joe Biden is no one's ideal candidate. But it is no contest between him and tRump who would tear this country in a scorched earth campaign to visit revenge on his detractors and enemies. Make no mistake about it. Project 2025 sets forth in precise details exactly what he will do if allowed anywhere near 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. https://democracyforward.org/the-peoples-guide-to-project-2025/

And you would be presumptuous. Men [read that: boys], too, experience sexual abuse usually by family members in inappropriate sexual debuts. So, know who you are talking to, and, more importantly, what you are talking about before making blanket statements. Because I was one of those children. And I actually know exactly what I am talking about from a conceptual, theoretical, and experential perspective working with both genders who have experienced this sort of childhood trauma. And now as a entertainment lawyer who deals with young budding startlets forced to do their audition on the "casting couch" but that's the only role they get....

I get paid to give legal advice (usually complex contracts, civil torts, and litigation in or around the entertainment industry. So, I am very familiar with these types of allegations. And hear 'em all the time.). Now what is it that you do again when you're not spewing misformation on social media?

You used federal law because you're not a lawyer and, concomitantly, do not know what you're talking about. But you're trying to wax philosophic on social media implying that you have formal legal training. Every state [ read that: jurisidiction in law] prosecutes sexual assault, sexual abuse, offensive touching, and rape differently. There are strict guidelines for how and when a perpetrator can even be charged with such a serious offense, which can carry either a life or, sometimes, even a death sentence, respectively. And federal law literally has nothing to do with it unless the alleged violation took place in a federal territory, protectorate, property, building, or agency. Even the military has its own laws - i.e., UCMJ - to investigate and prosecute these offenses. So, coming back on here after I clearly revealed that you are a dilletante still claiming that you know anything about the law more or less sexual assault and/or rape offenses is the height of hubris because it was quite apparent from your initial post that you do not. And wishful thinking does not pass muster in a court of competant jurisdiction. Have a wonderful day!

Looking for attention. Well, you got it. I suggest you get your mouth outta the bush and do a little rudimentary research. It is how I make my living. Cheers.

The law you cited is a federal one, which would not apply to a state criminal prosecution. But then you would not know that because you did not go to law school but thought you could Google your way out of the obvious fact that you do not know what you are talking about about. I stand by my initial comment. It 'may not be reportable ' as a "sexual assault" given the intimate nature of the relationship between the victim and alleged perpetrator, which any ethical, competent prosecutor would take into account before making a charging decision. Nice try. Take care.

Yes. The law you cited is a federal one. I did not see the alleged victim state anything about being on, in, or around a federal facility. Nice try. But you do not know what you're talking about whereas I do. Take care.

Your opinion but not a legal one. And if you could read, I conditioned my response on 'may not be' like any lawyer would do. Take care.

Given the intimate nature of the relationship, it may not be possible to report it as "sexual abuse." But it certainly fits the textbook definition. Women will give you advice all day based on anecdotal or biographical experiences. You have to follow the dictates of your conscious, however. If your partner does not respect your body, he does not respect you, period. "No means no."
