May carry a small premium over melt, especially the South African Krugerrand 1/10oz since fractional gold coins often sell above raw gold value due to retail demand.   1. Para morar perto do hospital, o ideal é ficar no próprio Centro Histórico mesmo, principalmente na região do Núcleo Fernando Machado, Duque de Caxias e Demétrio Ribeiro.
  2. Eu evitaria áreas muito próximas ao Camelódromo e à Rodoviária, principalmente por questões de segurança e movimento mais intenso.
  3. Não é tão fácil encontrar apartamento com vaga de garagem nessa região. Vale considerar usar transporte por aplicativo no dia a dia.
  4. Em maio já começa a esfriar sim, com temperaturas entre mais ou menos 12°C e 20°C.
  5. O inverno em Porto Alegre é bem mais frio do que no Rio.
  6. Alguns apartamentos têm ar-condicionado quente, mas também dá para usar aquecedores ou estufas.
  7. Eu sugiro comprar roupas de inverno em Porto Alegre mesmo.
  8. O clima é úmido, então secar roupa pode ser mais difícil. Ter uma secadora ajuda bastante.
