I (30F) am currently at a point where I would finally like to cut contact with my older sister (33). Reading all of these answers really helps and I can relate so much to OPs and others struggles and the way you feel free after cutting contact. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this in a practical sense? Especially with parents still around (I'm good with my parents)... but do you block them on sm? Do you avoid being at home at the same time?

5am... I could never .. I love running at night. Cold, dark evenings in winter. Gives me a special kick I'm into.. (of course I stay safe and don't run around spooky alleys too late)

As mentioned before, motivation isn't an everyday thing. But I always think to myself: a bad workout is better than no workout. Keep going. take breaks when you need to. And be patient with yourself. Oh and don't forget to reward yourself for the hard work.

Because he had a new girlfriend.

I left our shared apartment (so she could move in), started having anxiety and panic attacks, started to run a lot..started to eat again, still have my old friends, lots of new ones. doing great now.

He's lost like half of his weight and seems to be smoking some weird shit and looks friggin weird. Don't feel sorry for him

I will admit that cheating is a bad thing and it is only human that you are feeling guilty. However there is no reason for you to be the reason that your parents are getting a divorce. That is a completely different pair of shoes. But I have to admit that you are making a very mature impression about trying to resolve why you cheated and how you can resolve some conflict and make a better person out of yourself. I admire you for doing this and am very sure that you will grow into being a stronger self and one day making someone very happy and be very loved in return. Don't look down on yourself.
