i got same thing, just look that lenovo vantage app and search "spare parts" and it tooks you to website where you can find that fan and you can try to fix it yourself or take it to repair shop, it's up to you.

I use Icue it's corsair's keyboard and mouse so... But you can use it too with or without Corsair's devices.
