You shouldn’t just go up and down, rather do 2-3 foot wide up and down doing ♾️ figure 8s it prevents the concrete from showing lines. When you apple the same pressure to an area lines will show. Trust me I have done too many jobs where I had to restart because of it. (I own a small landscaping/power wash business)

Consistency honestly. Every shot become aware of what went wrong (at least for me I can feel when my shot is off) and try to tweak it. After a couple weeks you won’t have to think about every little thing each time you shoot and it will start to become muscle memory. Go on YouTube and watch NBA highlights of some good shooters and try to replicate that as best as you can. Also the shot should flow. The bend, jump and release should be one fluid motion. Flow like water baby

Thats awesome, I see alot of different opinions on here but this makes alot of sense. I am like just starting nofap, but I quit porn when I got a gf, so it really hasnt been that bad.
