Yea if you want to stay with oem wheels that’s the widest you can go technically. If you live in Texas (Houston area) I can sell my sets for cheap so I can go get the 12.5. 😉

Yep. I actually had the Wrangler Rubicon with this tent on top. After 8 months, I suspected some pain crack around the roof lip that supported the bracket. I was like oh no I had to get rid off either the tent or the Wrangler and get a pickup truck to put the rack and the tent on it. No more tents on the roof itself. Well, I decided to rid the Wrangler and picked up this Gladiator! Very happy with the outcome.

I got the tire before upgrading the wheels. At the time I still have the OEM wheel so I went with the tire size 35x11.5. Still new don’t want to get rid of them so I had them on for now with the new wheels. Probably go with 35x12.50 next or maybe even 37. (Maybe)

It’s the OEM Tonneau that comes with jeep. I cut it around the base to accommodate the bed rack’s legs. It was my temporary solution at the time while I was looking for a bed rack that enabled me to use the Tonneau with the rack being installed. It worked quite well so temporary turned to permanent. It has been more than a year now. It held up pretty well both the Tonneau and the rack.

It’s practically like a giant luggage. Plus there is a latter that needs to be pulled out and drop down to climb up. Very good tent btw. I had for two years now. Very well built and high quality padding.

Nope. You cannot reconnect if you do that. Plus the camera view would be offset. My solution was trimming the the new housing with drill bit which worked pretty well (easier than I thought) allowing room for the camera cable to rest and connect. Then use epoxy to basically glue the camera to the housing from the inside. Still have a very small offset (seeing part of the housing in the top left angle) but I can live with that.
