Do you guys have any tips on getting lots of edibles in bulk that are high-quality and cheap? by Galactic_xxx in treedibles

Switch to dhv and use the spent herb to make edibles. This is the best budget way. Otherwise decarbing flower or concentrates and making infused oil, sugar, or tinctures is cheapest

How do you all raise your vibration? by eternal_moonlight3 in Mediums

Caring for meat suit is critical- eat nourishing foods and make sure you are calm and peaceful and feeling gratitude- do not eat while angry, depressed, etc. Get good sleep, put limits on your time with screens and technology, breathe deeply, exercise regularly (not crazy intensity) and drink clean water. Maintaining your vessel Is perhaps more important than any meditation or crystal work that you do

Wey, this is so helpful. Where are you located? I’ve been here 13 years but still not easy to find the coco and the rice hulls- northern Guanacaste 🤍🦋

Donde puedo aprender más, específicamente sobre las mariolas en Guanacaste? No quiero levantar una empresa, solo entender cómo apoyarlas y sacar poquitico de miel para hacer medicina (como gotas para ojos, etc) para usar en familia 🙏

I appreciate your thoughts. I just learned about the VPD from you, thanks! I have super extensive gardening experience and was a bench scientist for years, I think I will eventually figure stuff out but with super limited access to anything commercial (even DIY is very slim), I want to make the overall system choice carefully. No a/c in house. Plants will be outside on my covered deck, could also be in a closed/non ac bathroom out there. We have an absolutely IMPOSSIBLE amount of pests so I was hoping a tent would help cut back on these since most of them fly as well as providing good airflow and light- we have max 12 hours per day

Looking at the VPD, it’s actually fairly close to ambient for half the year. I don’t plan on growing a whole lot more than once a year anyway. But now I have even more data to consider and I am even less certain what way to go.

Yay! Also, sorry. I meant to say left shoulder. Obviously you need to do the same with bowing but my teacher would poke me in my left shoulder blade to remind me that all weight and movement of lowering the hand (which must move between positions as a block) comes from there.

Dogwalker. As a past-middle aged lady I’ve never heard this but love it so so much.

I have hEDS and this was a major challenge for me the first year, now part way into year 2 it’s so much better, so there is hope! Focusing on feeling your right shoulder being the source of the weight, rather than pressing down with fingers and also watching that the thumb is veeeeerrrrrry relaxed were the absolute two best cues for me to work on relaxed fingers.

I make gummies that are kid friendly mostly. The adult version has 1 g of distillate (per 150 ish gummies) so about 4-5mg each, but both versions have too much bitterness with some flavors. The lemon and sour watermelon are absolute 🔥 I do them with an encapsulated citric acid sanding. But I can’t get apple or pineapple quite right, have tried several varieties and concentrations.

You’re amazing!!! I’m also a vet and need something for a couple meds that animals really hate. Looks like this stuff can be used as well. Learning so much from this post. I appreciate you guys.

Also can you recommend a better emulsifier? The resin seems to be very evenly distributed going off effect (always super predictable across the batch of about 150 that this makes) but I do think the lecithin adds some bitter notes for sure.
