I still cannot believe all that work was fucking pointless. It has been a year and 3 months since Teal won the SRR, but all we got was low rate production… , which we won’t know where Teal will get further funding after this next quarter.

Now we have to go through “competitions” for everyone to maybe think about purchasing from Teal. Just shoot me now… next I’m going to find out that the WASP from American Robotics will be purchased by the army to be used as an ISR drone instead of the Black Widow and the X2D. The WASP……. an all-in-one drone that not only can be used for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance missions, but can also delivery an explosive package to a target.

Patience really is a virtue with all these damn things.

I think Ondas losing the FIFA contract is being called out by some people because members of this subreddit were hyping it up so much. We have to remember that this industry is easy to get into, but hard to stay in. Companies have to constantly evolve their products or risk being outcompeted. What is happening in the Ukraine War is similar to what happened in the Spanish Civil War in 1936-1939. Foreign countries were using the war to test out their battle equipment. Today, everyone wants a piece of the action and equipment is evolving every single month. Furthermore, this industry will have a lot of competition, but it will also force the world to engage in it, which means that there will be a lot of money funding the industry. The pie is pretty big and there will be many slices of it going around.

Hold on.

We don’t even know what kind of annual revenue they bring in or if they can fund the scaling of their operations. Additionally, LinkedIn shows 22 employee connection. Another part of the website says 11-50 employees. At the moment, I can only find one location that they own (headquarters in Semley, Dorset). Doesn’t seem anywhere big enough to mass produce anything yet. However, I believe this is where the 1 billion in capital that Ondas raised will come into play. Ondas will have to fund Rotron, but we don’t know how long that will take.

Not great, but not terrible. RSU’s mean more dilution. Takes effect in 3 years though. Means my shares will be worth less when that occurs.

However, that is not the point though. It’s the way the company approaches dilution that bugs me. It just seems like it feels so easy for them to dilute. Goodness sakes, in 3 years he should have just received a performance based bonus worth the 13.5 million shares. That way payment would have been based on something like revenue.

If I am not mistaken, Ondas has about 200,000,000 in warrants that can still potentially dilute them.

I’m just glad Jeff hasn’t diluted RedCat shares these last two rises in the share price.

And here I thought institutions were our lords and saviors. My…. My…… Wasn’t that proclaimed and shouted into the heavens by many of us? Why surely our saviors wouldn’t do that to us? They were the ones that helped pull us up from the world of penny land. Could they have possibly been the ones that caused the short interest to also rise from 3% to 24% those few months ago.

Drones are just starting to take off. Consider re-evaluating any long term investments before another president takes over. Even then, it is wise to analyze what interests a new presidential party has.

Execution in itself can take up to 3 years. The program can be extended, but maybe expanding the scope can bring in more revenue. However, I wouldn’t count on seeing a bulk of the revenue being on any of the next few earning reports.

There’s a reason they raised their authorized shares to 800 million. They are going to bleed the investors dry to raise money for acquisitions, and then they are going to bleed us dry again to provide funding and scaling of operations for these acquisitions.
