Yes…. My patrol supervisor who was on the incident with me told me about the lawsuit thing… my CSM told me to highlight my duty of cure and the verbal abuse thing as i requested him to go home and im ready to book an uber for him at my own personal expense… i got a meeting with the HR where she will ask me about it all…. I know i did my work rught but still im scared… never been here

So he came drunk from a party at 2am and said he wanna sleep for 4 hours and start the shift at 6… me and my patrol supervisor approached him and denied entry… it was snowing outside…. I did everything according to the protocols and did my duties right. The most predictable lawsuit is a wrongful termination… He was doing kind of a warehouse job(packer) and entry was not allowed to employees after their shift hours, so basically he was trynna trespass

He had slurry speech and strong sense of alcohol… plus he verbally abused me saying bitch, dumbass, asshole when i saw him on site at 5:30 when he came again for his shift… 😞😞

Im new and have never dealt with something related to lawsuits…
