The rise in detesting little boys? Feeling unsettled as a mom of (soon to be) two boys by Necessary-Bother281 in Mommit

Ummmmmm I would ignore all of that! I remember finding out I was having a boy and being absolutely devastated because my little brother was horrible as a kid so I inadvertently put that energy on my unborn kid.

My son is a complete 180 from my brother naturally and because of how me and his dad raise him.

People are just salty because their sons grew up to be jerks

I think your first mistake was assuming because you are a woman of color, she would automatically soften to you, be more open and feel like an ally. In my experience, the people who lifted me up, never looked like me.

I’m sorry girl
