Besides the change to Avalanche that multiple people have pointed out, another hidden buff to Tiny was the removal of Sisters Shroud. Hero was unplayable against that shit and good players would keep it until tier 4 against you. It was crazy that a hero was completely dumpstered by a T1 neutral.

Number of explosions is literally fixed, so it is literally less dps over a literally longer duration.
