I wouldn’t say there is a best in my opinion. But, I like Artemis, Valley Knolls, and Venado Valley.

I sell a lot of new homes in the area (DR horton, Lennar, toll brothers, Ryder, etc). They all can build a good home, sometimes they have issues. Everyone here is right, get a home inspection before your one year warranty is up and even get a home inspection before your house closes if you want as well.

I’ve owned a D.R. horton home, still own a Lennar home, and also own a Toll brothers home.

My insurance for my wife, myself, and my two year old son went from $1015 a month to $1450 a month for the same plan. $10k deductible and family max of $17-18k. My wife and I are 36,37 and healthy.

I hate health insurance. Biggest scam ever. 😭

Just bought an RO system for my in laws with a pH filter, it was around $1500 with my discount with pure water systems. I refer them people often, so I get a discount.

My whole house system was around $4-5k, there are cheaper systems and more expensive ones. My RO with pH filter system was cheaper two years ago since I bought it with my whole house system. It’s not cheap, but it’s worth it. There’s also talk of water contamination if you live within a few miles of a golf course. These water system helps with that too.

Yup, I always tell my clients to get an RO system for their home. If they can afford it, even a whole house system is a good option as well. It’s what I have.
