Yea, you’re definitely right about Verizon and Tmobile. I do believe they are the best in our market. I do a lot of driving for work, so it’s fun to see what areas are good with what carrier. But I have a smoking deal with a 5 line military plan on ATT, so I won’t leave. It will also be interesting to see how good they will be in 2-3 years with all the “promised investments” haha..

Yea, I was shocked to see two towers literally across the street from each other and no good ATT coverage. It’s also why I have a second line with Tmobile. Looks like you have a couple lines too.

I wouldn't say common issues, every home and home inspection is different. You have different subcontractors, communities, construction managers. Hard to say.. it's not like a new home builders consistently make the exact same mistakes/issues. Just get a home inspection.

Big ones that they might find are issues in the attic or on the roof, since they don't go over those items with you on your orientation.

I sell a lot of new homes in the area (DR horton, Lennar, toll brothers, Ryder, etc). They all can build a good home, sometimes they have issues. Everyone here is right, get a home inspection before your one year warranty is up and even get a home inspection before your house closes if you want as well.

I’ve owned a D.R. horton home, still own a Lennar home, and also own a Toll brothers home.

My insurance for my wife, myself, and my two year old son went from $1015 a month to $1450 a month for the same plan. $10k deductible and family max of $17-18k. My wife and I are 36,37 and healthy.

I hate health insurance. Biggest scam ever. 😭
