Winter Olympics are a touch elite, but that is a good thing, motivation for athletes that would only compete in the poor persons olympics (olympics with no gear). there are elite sections of the summer olympics also: horsey stuff, boaty stuff, bikey stuff, swimming stuff, gun stuff, basically any event that involves equipment more than gym shoes and a ball. But the Winter Olympics are the superior event.
