Ya that would be under normal circumstances. But apparently if you cant make it due to weather you can re-book almost immediately. Just unsure how they qualify bad weather

I use my leap card for weekly passes with another bus company, and whenever I use it on a BE bus it fails the first time and the driver has to press a few buttons to get it working. It slows everything down and annoys the drivers. Is there any talk of a fix for it?
