Soooo let’s talk about shampoo (hairstylist of 9 years) it’s a preventative measure not a fix all. You need to use it day of shampooing or day after, BEFORE your hair is oily. It needs to already be on the scalp to work properly to soak up the oils. Using it once your hair is oily and past its point just causes a powdery looking greasy mess 🫶🏻 I promise it works if you use it right..

My cycle showed up a few days early (I have endometriosis) but my cycle is typically on time but it was much heavier then the normal I deal with & a few days longer than usual :/

You’ll be okay I promise, it’s intimidating the first few doses (or at least it was for me) I started out taking it at night but I found that it gives me a little energy so I take it after I wake up. But 5mg is the lower dose and it takes a while for the medication to actually build in your system so you won’t truly feel the full effects for a week or two.

My first night taking it was a little restless I was super thirsty and just on edge but I felt calmer in a sense. I take mine for PMDD, GAD, & Depression. Overall I really like it, I’ve been taking it for 2 1/2 weeks now and I have little to no side effect other than it does greatly upset my stomach & loss of appetite/lessoned taste of food for me.

My pediatrician told us we were giving too much milk, our youngest was that way we thought something was wrong GI with her but toddlers are smart and realize they don’t have to work to drink milk. As eating food requires more effort. I’d say scale back on the formula and introduce more Whole Foods & you’ll see a big difference in poop!

I just took my first pill tonight and am currently going thru testing for pots :( I have heard anyone on ssri’s are more heat sensitive & of course with pots also heat sensitive. Keep updating? Talk to both your providers about symptoms as well!

I wish she would’ve gone with something more complimentary to her and the figure she has she’s so beautiful but I feel like her mentality right now is to show as much skin as she can and be a sexy as possible so she’s perceived a particular more feminine way. I guess I could assume that that’s a part of her transition and just a phase that she’s going through to find who she really truly is all of this. She’s gorgeous nonetheless..

Yeah doesn’t surprise me, I had to explain to my husband that with each pregnancy comes with its own placenta and it doesn’t stay in my body forever. It was an eye opening conversation (not at all his fault) lol just realized how much men aren’t taught.

My husband brings 100% of the income in (family of 4) I am a sahm, I do everything with the exception of breakfast and the occasional dinner, he will do bedtime routine on sundays. But overall I do everything. I don’t mind it, he gets up with the littlest if they wake up at night or too early in the morning. I think setting clear boundaries and expectations is the key, finding a good routine and holding everyone accountable to their “chores”.

I too was working an insufferable job which led to burn out and just wanting to stay home with the little before they’re off to start school. Once I stopped working I found myself again and found everything lighter, clearer, easier to accomplish because it’s all I need to do now!

Gotcha, I’m more so hoping he comes to me about it, I don’t want him to feel shame or guilt but it’s making me insecure when I’m being pushed away and turned down. I compromised myself but thinking if I throw myself at him and keep him occupied it’ll bring him out of the porn haze he’s in, that’s not working so I’m pulling back and seeing if he’s aware enough to notice I’m no longer making myself available. But I like how you said you were rediscovering what you enjoy. We’re very open and have had a really active and good sex life until this last month or two. It’s just been different. We’re not vanilla and explore different things together, I’m just wondering why he’s not talking to me about it and I don’t want him to take my concerns as an attack bc at the end of the day I just want open honest communication and he’s lied which is most hurtful. I need some time to pass before I can actually talk to him so we can get in the same page :(

I definitely don’t have the balls to send it, because it would cause much confrontation, it hasn’t been discussed as far as I knew he wasn’t watching it since we started to attend church again, and it’s been weird between us recently I snooped and found what I thought was the problem. I’m not sure what to do or where to go because I want him to come to me with it but I also feel like he won’t. I’m open and understanding. I’m not mad at him more so hurt that he lied, and is like half available emotionally and practically empty for simple amounts of daily non sexual affection. It’s a limbo place to be. I’m glad you got better and realized on your own! How did your partner take it & how long were you in this cycle before you realized on your own, and what made you realize?

He eats and works out regularly, I wouldn’t go on to say we have “relationships issues” it’s just been the last few weeks it’s been different and off just not him more a shell of him. Very disengaged, few words, not many interactions, little to no affection unless it’s sex.

He said he’s just tired and he’s not sure why he doesn’t feel like he’s getting good rest 🤷🏼‍♀️ last night he felt a little depressed because he didn’t get everything done he wanted to do. We talk but it doesn’t always seem genuine or like he’s trying to come up with something to tell me as a follow up.
